How this site uses your information
This notice describes the standard operation of this VisibleRise installation. Contact the site operator through the access-request form about your information, access or deletion requests.
Access requests
The form stores your name or business name, email address, message and submission time in the operator's private database. If you arrive using campaign links, their UTM labels are saved with the enquiry. These details are used to respond to your request. Sending an enquiry does not grant marketing consent.
Client accounts and generation
Client account passwords are hashed. Each client can access their own saved business briefs and blueprints. When a client starts generation, the business brief and relevant generated material are sent to OpenAI's API. Research may search public sources using the business niche and location. The API requests set store:false; this does not by itself mean zero provider retention. Provider processing and retention remain subject to the operator's account settings and the provider's terms.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses a session cookie for form protection, sign-in and campaign attribution during the visit. It records aggregate page-view and access-button-click counts, plus successful enquiry totals. The event-count table does not contain visitor profiles. These counts are approximate, can include automated traffic and do not identify unique people. No third-party advertising or analytics tags are included by default.
Security and retention
Rate limiting uses a hash derived from the connection IP address; those temporary entries are removed by the worker after their retention window. The web host may maintain separate access and security logs. The site operator controls retention of enquiries, client records, blueprints, exports and backups. Contact the operator for the applicable retention period or to request deletion. Deleting a project from the workspace removes its active project records; previously downloaded files and backups require separate handling.
External links and services
External booking calendars, advertising platforms and messaging services have their own data practices. The blueprint portal does not automatically activate those services. Do not include customer databases, credentials, health information or other sensitive personal information in a business brief.
